Yep, So I have already put the Wordpress 2.7 in my Blog, and really guys, it is a great experience, You can see the whole blog on the dasboard, also You can quick write a post in your Dashboard!

No more going to the FTP, you can now upgrade the plugins and the Wordpress with just 2 clicks!

There are so many things up there, which I cannot write, why don’t you yourself put it up on your blog?

1) If you have a new blog

Just go HERE and download the files, and upload to your server, also read the manual.

2) Upgrading your blog

First download the wordpress from Here

Then, Upload and replace all the files except for wp-content folder and wp-config.php file.

After uploading, go to: http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php

Follow the simple steps, and you are done!

Just login to your admin CP

3) Automatic Upgrade

You can also do an automatic upgrade, Use this plugin.

Make sure you make a DB and Files backup prior to the Upgrade!

Well, I never knew much about ReviewMe.com, But only Until I tried them myself after recommendation from a goood friend

The payment was quite fast, they say that the payments of november are processed and paid out on 1st – 4th December, They also promised that 4th December would be the last date (100%)..

And, I got the payment on 1st December itself, It was really amazing!

After a huge post about Top Commentators , I have thought about posting about the best Plugin which gives this feature… You can set the number of reset days, no-follow or do-follow links, hyperlink or not, number of characters etc.

This is the one I have switched to right now to Provide Do-Follow to my commentators, It was nofollow earlier..

WordPress 2.6.3 upgrade was made available by development team few days ago, and for me.. Being a Web Freak, I have to take the responsibility that my readers do not face difficulties while upgrading, so here is what I have:

This upgrade is really simple and involves changes to just one file – class-snoopy.php and update to version.php file to reflect the upgrade. In this article I will show couple ways you can use to simplify the process and ensure secure blog.

Upgrade Using WordPress Automatic Upgrade Plugin

I have tested upgrade from 2.6.2 and 2.6.1 to the latest 2.6.3 version using this plugin and entire process was smooth and completely painless.

Highly recommended you install WordPress Automatic Upgrade plugin and save yourself a lot LOT and LOT of trouble! Just don’t forget to always create your own backup and don’t rely on built in function that comes with this plugin.

Manual Upgrade Using FTP

this is the most common form of upgrade and since this version only requires upload of 2 files – it is also very simple to do.

I have tested the process on about 4 of my blogs with no issues. And here is how:

1. Download the 2 files that need to be updated on your blog. Dev blog provides direct links to those files.
2. Use FTP client to connect to your host and navigate to /path/to/blog/wp-includes/ directory.
3. Upload the 2 files: class-snoopy.php and version.php to wp-includes directory on your blog.
4. Login to your blog and verify that upgrade is reflected by version on the bottom of your blog.
